Recently, iTunes 8 was launched with support for HD content. However, viewing HD content is not currently supported on the iPhone and iPod iTouch. With anticipated increased processor power on newer iPhone, increased storage capacity as well as competition from HTC Touch HD, Apple is anticipated to announce HD support on its portable touchscreen products.

Prediction: Will Apple announces iPhone HD or iPod Touch HD by end of June 2009? Products need not be orderable by end of June 2009 for favorable judgment.
