Original prediction: Upon realizing that OpenSocial and Orkut are duds, as well as wanting to penetrate the "walled garden" of Facebook and outdo Microsoft's investement in 2007, Google will have no resort but to invest in Facebook.

This is a prediction that Google will announce an investment in Facbook greater than or equal to $1 billion by the end of 2008.
